  • In most cases yes. Please check our bookings page for up to date information on our upcoming events.

    • Bathing costume

    • 2 x towels (1 to sit on, 1 to shower with)

    • Spa slippers / clean flip flops (if poss).

    • Please shower before you come.

    • Please do not wear any perfume/aftershave or other scented body sprays.

    • Please arrive on time for our allocated session.

    • The sauna will be hot and ready to use. The temperature will be around 80%.

    • There is a small changing area inside the sauna, and an under cover area outside.

    • There is a cold shower and cold bucket shower to cool off with in between sauna sessions.

    • There are different bench levels, higher is hotter.

    • There is the option of adding water infused with essential oils should you wish, which we will provide.

    • In between sauna sessions you can sit outside, under the canopy if it’s raining, and on some occasions there may be an outside fir pit lit.

    • A member of our team will be onsite to assist you if needed, also want you to feel uninterrupted.

    • IMPORTANT! Please do not attempt to add to fire or remove ashes, under any circumstances.

  • Do not stay in the Sauna for more than 15 minutes at a time; a good average working temperature is 80°C. If you want to increase the humidity, to get a good sweat up, carefully add water on top of the hot coals. We recommend that you do not use the Sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you are taking prescribed medication, please consult your doctor before using the Sauna. Please do not use the Sauna if you are pregnant.

  • No. Please bring 2 x towels and bathing costumes with you.

  • In some cases yes, we do our best to provide filtered drinking water, but we still ask you to bring your own water bottle.

  • Yes. There is a cold shower, and a cold bucket shower.

  • No children under 4 years old are permitted in the Sauna, as they cannot regulate their body temperatures suitably. All children under 16 using the Sauna must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Instruct your children to shower and visit the toilet prior to use of the Sauna.

    • Please do not visit the sauna if you are unwell.

    • In between each sauna session all areas are thoroughly cleaned and ventilated.

    • We ask all guests visiting the sauna to have their temperature taken before with an infrared thermometer. We are unable to admit anyone with a high temperature. Refunds will be issued if this is the case.

  • The Wild Spa is strictly a drug and alcohol free environment. We are here to promote health and wellness.
