What to bring:

  • Bathing costume

  • 2 x towels (1 to sit on, 1 to shower with)

  • Water bottle

  • Spa slippers / clean flip flops (if poss).

  • Please shower before you come.

  • Please do not wear any perfume/aftershave or other scented body sprays.
